Three Month Ongoing Support Programme

This package is priced at $5,842.50 with a package discount of $307.50, my gift to you for your commitment to supporting yourself in your ongoing health and wellbeing

For deep set issues such as chronic illnesses, addictions or trauma I like to offer clients the ability to have ongoing sessions so that we can work through all the built up, old habits one layer at a time. And to make sure you stay on track and don’t lapse, especially with addictive behaviours.

This package includes three months of my usual support at a discounted price, if you would prefer 6 months support you can get the Deep Dive Package above which also gives you a higher discount.

Each month, for three months you receive
10.25 hours per month = total of 30.75 hours of therapy
@$190 p/h (usual hourly rate $200)

• 30 minute discovery call, initial contact
• 45 minute Pre Hypnosis Planning Session
• 2 hour hypnotherapy session
• Personalised Transformation audio (for you to use every day after our session to help set your new, healthy habits) professionally recorded with gentle background music
• 3 x One Hour Weekly Support Sessions following the hypnotherapy to keep you on track
• One alteration of audio if necessary
• Access to support Monday to Friday during office hours
• Plus 2 hours of my time outside the sessions for admin each month
