One Month Support Package

I like to set clients up for success by empowering them into lasting, phenomenal well-being with plenty of in person support. This package includes all you need to clear that block that is holding you back and help you to move on with a fresh, new, upgraded mindset.

This package is suitable for:

Someone who wants to try out one month of therapy to see how it is working for them before committing for a longer period of time if needed

Someone who has a small issue that they need a hand with, to get over the hurdle

Returning clients who just need one session and a month of support to move through the next phase of their ongoing development.

A One Month Fresh Start Support package with me includes the following to ensure that you get the most out of your month with me and easily reset your habits:

Up to 10.25 hours of my time @$200 p/h

• 30 minute discovery call, initial contact
• 45 minute Pre Hypnosis Planning Session
• 2 hour hypnotherapy session
• Personalised Transformation audio (for you to use every day after our session to help set your new, healthy habits) professionally recorded with gentle background music
• 3 x One Hour Weekly Support Sessions following the hypnotherapy to keep you on track
• One alteration of audio if necessary
• Access to support Monday to Friday during office hours
• Plus 2 hours of my time outside the sessions for admin each month
